Quick Tutorial: I recomend Irfanview, its FREE, fast, and efficient. Open Irfanview, press 'c' button, set to "Whole Desktop Area", "Hot Key to Ctrl+F11 or similar", "Save captured Image", and pick location Eg Desktop to save ".JPG" images, and click Start. Now when you press hotkey (Ctrl+F11) a screenshot is automatically placed on desktop, without minimizing game!
